基于就业导向的市场营销本科人才培养模式研究

摘    要:社会对市场营销人才的需求一直处于十分旺盛的态势,然市场营销本科毕业生的就业状况并不理想。针对这一矛盾,分析了当前市场营销本科生就业难的原因,探讨了基于就业导向的市场营销本科人才培养目标和培养途径,为应用型本科院校培养符合社会需求的市场营销本科人才提出一些建议。

Abstract:There has been a great demand for the talented person majoring in marketing in the labor market.However,it is difficult for graduates majoring in marketing to find a better job.In view of this situation,the article analyzes the reasons why graduates can not find a better job,and it discusses the goal and training approach of the marketing major students and put forward some suggestions on how to cultivating the undergraduates in accordance with the demand of the society in the applied colleges.
