| Abstract: | This paper elaborated the position and function of the basic mathematics in higher education in the new period,made the analysis of the status quo and problems in mathematical education in universities and colleges and pointed out specific practical measures for reforming teaching materials,reforming teaching method and reforming teaching technology in order to give the best mathematical education to students. |
