红色旅游资源分类及其评价

红色旅游是在国家政策的大力扶持下发展起来的主题性旅游活动。现行的国家标准《旅游资源分类、调查与评价》（GB／T18972—2003）并未对红色旅游资源进行分类，评价标准也不适宜。红色旅游资源分为伟人故里、革命历史事件和活动遗址、遗迹、墓碑（群）／烈士陵园、综合性的革命历史纪念馆及革命历史的口头与非物质文化遗产等五类，其价值由历史文化价值、社会情感价值、经济价值和资源的保护情况、资源丰度与几率及组合状况等五个要素构成。依据《旅游资源分类、调查与评价》国家标准，确定红色旅游资源的评价赋分标准并对其进行等级评定。

The classification and evaluation of red tourism resources

Red tourism is a thematic tourism activity, which is developed under the support of our national policy. The cur- rent national standard （The classification, investigation and evaluation of tourism resources）） （GB/T18972 -2003） did not classi- fy the red tourism resources, and the evaluation standard is inappropriate. Red tourism resources can be divided into five types, that is, great native place, the revolutionary historical events and activities sites, tombstone （group） /martyr cemetery, compre- hensive revolution history museum , and the oral and non - material cultural heritage of revolution history. The five elements a- bove consist of historical and cultural value, social emotional value, economic value, resource protection, and resource abun- dance, probability, combination status, we determine the red tourism resources evaluation standard of natural endowments and grade evaluaion on the basis of 《The classification, investigation and evaluation of tourism resources》.
