| 摘 要： | 高新技术产业不仅其自身对经济发展具有重要的推动作用,它还能够带动其他相关产业的发展,并使其得到改造和升级。首先对高新技术产业知识溢出进行经济学分析,在此基础上,研究高新技术产业知识溢出的作用机理问题,分析了高新技术产业知识溢出的过程及影响因素,为促使高新技术知识合理溢出提供理论基础。
