非物质文化遗产视角下少林实战桩法及应用的研究

文章在非物质文化遗产视角下，对少林实战桩法及应用进行了研究，本着“实事求是的原则，以辩证唯物主义思想为指导”。文章运用文献资料法，问卷调查法，焦点访谈法，数据统计法，逻辑分析法等研究方法。本研究综合分析研究少林实战桩法及应用，得出以下6个结论：一是少林桩法姿势分为三架、四势和五桩3种姿势；二是少林桩步变位分为夺位、让位和换位3种变位方法；三是少林桩架防御分为上盘、中盘和下盘3种防御方法；四是坐山桩实战操手应用杨维桩架变位论，变化出基础技法24种；五是阴阳桩实战操手应用杨维桩架变位论，变化出基础技法24种；六是骑龙桩实战操手应用杨维桩架变位论，变化出基础技法24种。从而为深入研究少林鹰派武术系统提供理论支撑和技术参考。
