| 摘 要： | 企业的知识存量决定了企业的竞争优势，企业知识管理的核心是不断将个人知识转化为不依赖于具体个人的组织知识。本文首先分析了知识转化的一般过程，进一步研究了知识转化中粘滞知识的成因，在此基础上研究了实现知识转化的机理并构建了一种知识转化的模型。

| Abstract: | Knowledge stock of enterprise determines competition advantage of enterprise, The core of knowledge management is to transform personal knowledge into organizational knowledge which doesn't depend on concrete individual. This text reviewed the characteristic of knowledge at first, analysed the general processes that knowledge transforms , studied the causes of sticky knowledge , further studied the mechanism of knowledge transformation and established one model of knowledge transformation theoretically on this basis. |
