The Status Quo and Countermeasures of the Basketball Teams in P.E. College, Jimei University

With the vigorous development of CUBA, the basketball teams in college have been springing up and become stronger and stronger. Nowadays the whole quality of the baskeball players in P. E. college of Jimei University has been greatly improved , although it still faces many problems existed in the enrollment of students, the training system and the management pattern. The key point to reestablish fame is to adapt to the policy of enrollment and widely admit qualified sports talents, change the training system, strengthen the team management, and search for the support of enterprise and establish the spirit of hard struggle.
