SWOT Analysis and Strategy on Developing the Winter Sports Tourism in Heilongjiang Province

Sports tourism has gradually become a new lightspot of modern tourism and a new growth strength of national economy.And as a seasonal tourism with northern features,the winter sports tourism gives rise to modern favor and fashion step by step because of its intense thrill.In order to better develop the winter sports tourism in Heilongjiang province and make it the backbone of sports industry to advance Heilongjiang economic development,with SWOT analysis method,the paper has a systemic study on this tourism＇s merit and demerit,current opportunities and challenges.And basing on this tourism＇s situation,it suggests some measures as a decision-making reference for rationalizing Heilongjiang winter sports tourism： strengthen the tourism＇s programming,publicizing and marketing;form a ice-snow sports industry belt by creating the brand of ice-snow sports tourism route;develop some giftwares by integrating its resource and highlight its feature;establish a scientific system of developing the sports tourism professionals.
