摘    要:准备活动是进行体育运动前不可或缺的一部分,健身气功作为一项以调身、调息和调心为手段来进行练习的民族传统体育项目,合理系统的准备活动是保证健身效果的基础。文章运用文献资料法、专家访谈法、实地考察法等研究方法,针对目前健身气功在高校教学和群众健身方面的准备活动内容进行分析,并在此基础上对健身气功的准备活动进行探究性的创新,以促进健身气功更好的发展,造福人类身心健康。

Abstract:Preparatory activities are an essential part in sports exercises.As Chinese traditional sport,fitness Qigong has a function in regulating body,breath and mood.Systemic and reasonable preparatory activities are the basis for assuring fitness effect.By applying documentary,interview,field survey,this paper probes the preparatory activities about Fitness Qigong in colleges and universities as well as the public,trying to create something new in this domain so as to promote both the Fitness Qigong industry and human health.
