高校太极拳开展现状及对策研究

太极拳具有不受场地、季节、年龄、性别限制,易开展、不易受伤等特点,在当今各个高校扩招、场地紧张的情况下,非常适合在高校开展。文章采用文献资料法、访谈法、问卷调查法、数理统计法对太极拳在高校的开展现状进行调查研究,结果表明：高校太极拳教学时间短,课时比重相对较少,缺乏专业的太极拳教师,太极拳比赛活动少,在教师及家属中开展太极拳的力度小,培训班不能够长期坚持开展,并针对存在的问题,提出了一些合理化建议和措施,以期为太极拳在高校更好的开展、普及,培养学生终生体育意识和终身体育理念提供参考和借鉴。

On the Present Situations and Countermeasures of Taijiquan in Universities

Because Taijiquan is characterized by no limitation of space,season,age and gender,easy promotion and less injury,it is very suitable to be carried out in universities under the situation of university enrollment expansion and space shortage.With the methods of literature,interviews,questionnaires and statistical analysis,the paper researches into the present situations of Taijiquan development in universities.The result shows such problems as limited teaching time,relatively less class proportion,a shortage of professional teachers,few Taijiquan competitions,inadequate development among teachers and their families,insufficient long-term training classes.Some rational suggestions and countermeasures are presented to solve these problems,which provide reference for greater promotion and popularity of Taijiquan,and students＇ awareness of lifelong sport in universities.
