师范大学理工科创新人才培养模式的探索与实践

从理论和实践的多角度审视当前师范大学理工科人才培养存在的主要问题，指出师范大学理工科人才培养模式的突破口在于培养创新人才。经过实践探索，提出了师范大学理工科创新人才培养的过程模式：即以“创新教育”为主体，从实行课程改革和课堂教学模式改革、完善实验实践教学体系入手？开展创新教育；狠抓“创新环境”和“创新制度”两方建设，营造良好的创新氛围，建立科学的考试制度和人才评价体系。

Exploration and Practice of Cultivation Mode of Science and Engineering Innovative Talents in Normal Universities

From theoretical and practical aspects,this article discusses the main problems of cultivation mode of science and engineering students in normal universities.It points out that the breakthrough of cultivation mode of science and engineering students in normal universities is cultivating innovative talents.By practical exploration,this paper puts forward a cultivation mode for science and engineering innovative talents in normal universities.This mode emphasizes the implementation of innovative education from curriculum innovation,teaching mode innovation and optimization of experimental and practical teaching mode.Also this mode attaches importance to the construction of innovative environment to build good innovative atmosphere,and attaches importance to the construction of innovative system to build scientific test measures and evaluation system of undergraduates.
