| 摘 要： | 严重急性呼吸综合症SARS患者不仅有外周血淋巴细胞减少,同时有次级淋巴器官的萎缩、出血及坏死等病理损害,但目前尚无证据证明SARS冠状病毒是通过损害机体免疫功能而致病。SARS患者具有正常的体液免疫应答和细胞免疫应答功能,这些免疫应答对清除体内SARS-CoV具有决定性作用。 SARS的发病是由SARS-COV直接损害肺以及人体对病毒的免疫病理应答所引起的。

| Abstract: | The SARS patients suffer from the pathological damages, such as atrophy of secondary lymph organs, hemorrhage, necrosis as well as diminution of peripheral blood lymph cells. But now there is no evidance that SARS-CoV cause disease by damaging the immune function of the organism, SARS patients have normal functions of humoral immune response and cell immune response. These immune responses play a decisive role in eliminating SARS-CoV of the body. SARS coming on is caused by SARS-CoV damaging lungs directly and the immune pathological response to the viruses of the human body. |
