浅谈师范体育生在教育实习中的角色转换

教育实习是师范院校体育系工作计划中的一项重要内容 ,是体育师范生进行体育教学的一项重要实践活动。加强角色观念和角色意识的培养 ,进行正确的角色转换 ,是顺利完成教育学习任务的前提条件。搞好角色调度 ,不断地进行角色的学习和训练 ,培养体育师范生多种角色的变化 ,使之尽快适应由学生到教师 ,由接受者到传播者的角色转换 ,这对圆满完成教育实习工作有着积极的作用

On the Shift of the P.E. Students' Role in the Teaching Practice

Teaching practice is an important part of the P.E. department's plan in normal universities and an important activity for the P.E. students. A premise for the students' achieving the teaching assigment successfully is to strengthen the cultivation of the view and consciousness of a role and to make a good shift of the role. In this article, the author talks about the constant study and training of roles through the adjustment and the change in developing the multi_roles of P.E. students. This may be easier for them to change themselves from students to teachers, from receivers to spreaders and in time, end up beautifully in their teaching practice.
