| 摘 要： | 目前，义务教育数学课程正在进行深刻地变革，作为为义务教育培养合格数学师资的高师数学教育也应顺应时代发展，开展教学改革的探索与实践。以高等代数课程教学改革的实践为例，以培养学习者的数学素质为目标，探索高师数学教学改革模式，以期提升人才培养规格。

| Abstract: | The profound changes of mathematics curriculum for compulsory education is being carried on at present. Therefore, mathematics education in Teachers College that cultivates qualified teachers of mathematics for compulsory edu- cation should comply with the development of the times and develop the explorations and practice of teaching reform. Cen- tering on cultivating learners＇ mathematics quality as the aim, the thesis takes teaching reform practice of Higher Algebra Curriculum for example and explores reform patterns of mathematics teaching in Teachers College, in order to improve the standards of talent cultivation. |
