性别差异对高校瑜伽课程学习的影响分析

摘    要:将探讨性别差异对学习瑜伽的影响视为研究目的。通过运用文献资料法、问卷调查法、访谈法、数理统计等方法分析男女生性别因素对学习瑜伽课程的差异,得出男女生因生理特点不同对学习瑜伽的动机、练习瑜伽的效果、身体形态等指标的改变有所不同。建议通过瑜伽文化教育等途径来强化男女学生对瑜伽运动的认识。研究以期为瑜伽课程在高校的顺利开展提供理论依据,推动高校瑜伽课程的和谐发展。

Analysis of The Influence of Gender Differences on The Study of Yoga Curriculum in Colleges and Universities
Abstract:Examines gender differences of learning effects of yoga is considered for the purpose of the study, by u-sing the method of literature, questionnaire survey method, interview method, mathematical statistics method analy-sis of male and female students gender differences in yoga classes to learn, that men and women students due to physiological characteristics of different motivation to learn yoga, yoga, body shape, and other indicators of change vary.To strengthen the awareness of male and female students'awareness of yoga by means of Yoga Culture and ed-ucation.Study in order to provide theoretical basis for the smooth development of yoga courses in Colleges and uni-versities to promote the harmonious development of College yoga courses.
