广东省高中英语教师网络培训的有效性研究

摘    要:在调研的基础上,通过定性和定量的研究方法对广东省高中英语教师网络培训的有效性进行研究,结果表明:网上培训具有规模大、资源共享、互动、自主等优点,但也存在着忽视不同层次学员最近发展区,内容不切合学员的实际需求,时间安排不够合理,学员对教学资源的互动远远多于与培训者的互动,对学员的评价更多的是关注量而非质,培训者的素质有待提高等问题。在网络培训中应关注学员的最近发展区,及时反馈,注重知识的内化和建构,激发学员的参与热情,加强对培训者的培训,从而提高培训的有效性。

Abstract:Based on the investigation,the study was carried out on the efficiency of Guangdong online teacher training through qualitative and qualitative research.The findings of this study reveal that online teacher training has the advantages of large-scale,resource sharing,interaction and autonomy.However,there are some problems that show the ignorance of Zone of Proximal Development,unsuitable time and training content to different teachers in different teaching levels,more interaction with resources than with trainers and more evaluation on the quantity of interaction than quality of it.In online training,we should pay attention to trainees′ Zone of Proximal Development,feedback in time,internalization and construction of their knowledge,stimulate trainees′ enthusiastic participation,and strengthen the training on trainers so as to improve the efficiency of training.
