和谐的金融发展，是人们追求的一种理想、健康、快速、持续且与人文、经济、社会良性互动的金融运行状态和金融成长过程。和谐的金融发展要处理好金融生态、科学金融与循环金融三个方面的关系：金融生态是金融和谐发展的约束条件；科学金融是金融和谐发展的基本道路；循环金融是金融和谐发展的模式选择。这三者相互依赖、相互作用，共同构成“三位一体”的和谐金融体。

On the Financial Ecology,Scientific Finance and Cyclic Finance in the Process of Harmonious Development

Harmonious financial development is a financial operation state or a financial growing process, in which people have a positive and sustainable interaction with human, economy, and society. Harmonious financial development involves three relationships： relationship between financial ecology and scientific finance, between financial ecology and eyclic finance, between scientific finance and cyclic finance. In the development of harmonious finance, the Financial Ecology is the constraint; Scientific Finance is the basic way; and Cyclic Finance is the model. All these are interdependent and interactive with each other, and finally constitute the ＂Trinity＂ harmonious financial system.
