摘    要:从过程观与状态观看:教育质量的内涵应该同时具有过程和状态的特性,而教育发展与社会外界对教育质量的新的要求与原有教育质量间的矛盾,是教育质量得以不断发展变化的动力。

Abstract:Viewed from the perspective of process and state, the quality of education should imply in it the property of the process and the status. The contradiction between both the development of education and the current demands on quality by the society outside the educational circle and the already-obtained quality is the driving force that constantly pushes forward education towards excellence.
