摘    要:教师哲学不只是关于教育的普遍原理和方法论,更是教师个体把最隐晦的灵魂与教育实践生活进行逻辑联结的努力.教师哲学不是哲学家的哲学,更不是哲学知识或哲学史.教师哲学是一种平民的、个体的、实践的、反思的哲学,在于追求教师的平民化哲学思想和教师的平民化自我人格.教师就是哲学家是教师哲学内涵的最好表达.
