负荷时间长短对纵跳能力影响的运动学研究

摘    要:对不同运动负荷时间后纵跳的运动学特征变化规律进行了研究。研究表明:大强度持续运动约3分钟左右,纵跳的跳起高度、起跳速度等运动学指标显著上升,蹬伸时间及到达最大力值的时间缩短;运动5分钟后,上述指标的变化情况正好相反;只有在适宜的运动负荷时间后,纵跳的运动学特征才进行有利于运动能力发挥的较好的组合状态。

Abstract:To serve the further study on the changing law of the motion ability, the changing law of kinematics indexes of the vertical jump under the different exercise load-time is studied in this article. Conclusions (1) keeping on exercising 3min under high intensity, the indexes, such as jump height, take off velocity, going up remarkably; after exercising 5min, the indexes' changing is contrary to the above; (2) only after optimal exercise load-time, the kinematics can become the better combination which is favorable to develop the motion ability.
