| 摘 要： | 企业网络理论把企业作为研究对象,忽视网络中个体行为的分析.以网络中的一类重要主体——企业家,作为分析对象,提出了企业家网络分析框架,指出企业家网络的静态结构特征和动态演化过程都会影响企业家学习和创新的效率与效果.企业家网络是企业网络的准备和铺垫,而企业网络是企业家网络的延伸和巩固.

| Abstract: | The theory of enterprise networks takes enterprise as works. Taking entrepreneur as analysis object, this paper outlines an object and ignores individual behavior among netthe analytical framework of entrepreneur networks, and then argues that both static structural characteristics and dynamic evolution of entrepreneur networks will influence the efficiency and effectiveness of entrepreneur learning and innovation. Entrepreneur networks provide preparation and groundwork for enterprise networks, while enterprise networks in return are extension and consolidation of entrepreneur networks. |
