| 摘 要： | 构建高职院校教师绩效评价体系,是高职教育发展亟待解决的一个重要课题。本文阐述了构建高职院校教师绩效评价体系的必要性,提出构建以教师政治思想素质、教学工作能力、教研与科研能力、自我发展能力为综合评价指标的高职院校教师绩效评价体系。

| Abstract: | It is required by the development of the higher vocational education to set up an evaluation system used for the comprehensive evaluation of teachers' performance in higher vocational colleges. This article expounds the necessity of setting up an evaluation system and puts forward an index system including following aspects: ideological and political quality ; teaching ability; ability in scientific research; ability in self-development. Using the system, we can properly evaluate teachers' performance in higher vocational colleges. |
