摘    要:随着青年教师逐渐成为高校的“主流”,对于青年教师的培养日渐受到关注.对青年教师培养应从职业道德(师德)的培养、对院校组织文化的认同感和忠诚度的培养、作为独立个体全面发展的培养、作为教师的教学能力的培养、作为学者的学术能力的培养五个维度进行.审视并分析高校中常见的培养方式,高校青年教师的培养策略为:以完善改进现有方式为主,着重补齐“短板”为辅;探索高校青年教师培养的持续全面的发展;相比于理论探讨,实证研究和实践模式显得更为重要.

Views on the Dimensions and Strategies of Training Young Teacher in Universities

Abstract:As young teachers are becoming "mainstream" in universities, the training of young teachers is attracting more attention. So the effectiveness of the training is the key issue at the moment. Through analyzing the key points of the training of young teachers, we can clarify the five dimensions of the training of young teachers:the professional ethics,the identity and loyalty of college organization culture,the overall de- velopment of individual, teacher' s teaching ability, and scholar' s academic ability. Through examining and analyzing the common mode of young teacher's training in universities, we can find that the strategies of training young teachers are as follows:focusing on improving the existing methods with the complementarity of the flaws;exploring the sustainable training of young teachers' overall development; fecusing on the empirical research and practice patterns rather than theoretical discussion.
