| 摘 要： | 基于传统金工教学模式的局限性,金工实习与职业技能鉴定相结合是社会发展的需要.在二者相结合的过程中,应合理安排教学计划,保证足够的实习时间;改善实习条件,丰富培训方式与教学手段;严格培训,精心组织技能鉴定.
