世界高水平竞技健美操比赛女单难度动作分析

通过对2006第九届世界健美操锦标赛、2008第十届世界健美操锦标赛、2009世界运动会(健美操比赛)难度动作进行录像分析,从难度动作的选择、分布、空间转换、连接加分、完成情况等几个方面进行近年国际女单前六的对比,对成套难度动作的总体情况进行评价。结果表明,目前国际女单在难度的编排以及完成质量上走稳中求高难、多样、完美的路线。2009世运会难度动作的选择集中在0.6、0.8分值、空间转换类型丰富更加趋于均衡和流畅、难度动作分布分散且均衡、难度连接的运用相对慎重,在确保完成难度动作的情况下进行高难度动作连接的运用其完成率为66.67%。单个难度动作分值提高、成套难度价值分增加,同时难度完成率也比2006、2008世锦赛高,但在艺术分、完成分方面相对于2006、2008世锦赛低,总体成套得分也低于两届世锦赛。随着竞技健美操的快速发展,2009新规则对运动员的竞技水平、动作完成质量提出更高的要求,而难度动作向更难、更合理、更加完美完成的方向发展是必然趋势。

An Analysis on Women's Single Difficulty Movements of World Top Gymnastics Aerobics Competitions
