| 摘 要： | 健美操是当前高校开设的体育课中深受大学生欢迎和喜爱的课程之一,面对当前社会不断发展,体育教学理念不断更新,教学目标、教学形式和教学手段不断改革的现状,采用文献资料等研究方法,提出了"超市化"构建高校体育专业健美操教学内容体系的思路,为充分发挥健美操项目所蕴藏的丰富内涵,适应项目发展与社会发展和学生自身发展的实际需要,培养学生的综合能力与素质提供参考.

| Abstract: | Aerobics is one of the favorite courses in physical education.With the development of society and sport teaching ideas and the reform of teaching aims,teaching forms and teaching ways,the construction of the supermarketlike content system of aerobics teaching is put forward with the method of documentary review.This will contribute to the full display of the rich connotation of Aerobics and the adaptation between the event development and social development and students' development needs,and provide references for the cultivation of student's synthesizing capacity and their quality. |
