| Abstract: | Japan＇s international status has risen, thanks to its innovative capacity-building of national importance. The article describes three aspects of Japan＇s overseas investment initiatives, which involves the development stage, and then analyze the characteristics of place, and finally summing up the construction of Japan＇s overseas investments of its contribution to an innovation-oriented country. |
