| 摘 要： | 从组织行为学、管理心理学角度出发，对浙江省的305名负责学校运动队训练的体育教师的工作压力状况进行了问卷调查，对导致工作压力的主要因素进行分析，发现这类教师的工作压力主要表现在福利待遇、训练经费、角色定位、人际关系等方面。

It was shown that the job role mainly came from school welfare, training fee, role orientation and interpersonal relationship etc. |
