| 摘 要： | 针对某些国家蓄意制造的“中国威胁论“,我国政府应当运用公关手段,打造中国的“和平“品牌.要增强国家公关意识,宣传中国的和平崛起思想;以文化为切入点,为中国和平崛起制造有利的国际舆论;以史实为根据,驳斥“中国威胁论“.恰当运用国家公关手段,将会为中国的和平崛起创造一个有利的国际环境.
