| 摘 要： | 民族区域自治制度是我国的一项基本政治制度，是调整我国民族关系的合理制度安排，具有历史的、法治的和现实的合理性。坚持和完善民族区域自治制度，是我国政治文明建设的一项重要任务，既要坚持民族区域自治制度的指导思想和基本原则，又要不断加强制度建设，实现制度化、规范化和程序化。

| Abstract: | The regional national autonomy system is one of the basic systems of our country, which is also a reasonable system-arrangement to adjust national relationship in our country. It has historic legal and realistic reasonability. Upholding and perfecting the regional national autonomy system, is an important task in the building of political civilization in our country. We should not only adhere to the guiding ideas and basic principles of the regional national autonomy system but also strengthen institutional connotation in order to realize systematization, standardization and good working procedures. |
