摘    要:
在我国经济和社会发展的巨流中,酒店成了服务行业中十分重要的力量。而其中女性员工在酒店员工中占据了相当重要的地位,是酒店运营的主力军。女性在酒店和家庭中承担着职业和家庭的双重角色,在社会竞争压力的加大和社会对女性的要求较高的背景下,酒店女性员工职业倦怠与工作家庭冲突成了酒店的重要问题。针对这一问题,酒店必须从组织支持的角度寻找积极有效的应对策略,实现酒店和女性员工个人的发展目标。

Abstract:
In the penguin of the country’s economic and social development,hotel service industry became very important strength.Female employees have a very important position in the hotel staff occupies,they are the main force of hotel operation.Female in the hotel and family bear the occupation and the family dual role.Under the background,they bear the pressure of competition in society,job burnout and work-family conflict has become the important problem of female staff in the hotel.In order to solve this problem,the hotel must be actively looking for effective tactics,realize the hotel and female employees’ personal development goals.
