新自由主义经济理论与经济全球化

本文认为:新自由主义经济理论的实质与经济全球化的本质是一致的,新自由主义的“华盛顿共识”是经济全球化本质的一种实践形式。本文还对新自由主义的“华盛顿共识”给发展中国家的经济发展带来的危害作了分析,说明在经济全球化进程中,发展中国家要走出经济发展的困境,要应对经济全球化的挑战,加强自身的经济安全,就必须在参与经济全球化的过程中反对新自由主义经济理论。

Neo-liberalism Economic Theory and Economic Globalization

This article holds that the essence of the neo-liberalism economic theory conforms to that of e-conomic globalization, and that "Washington Consensus" by the former is but a form of practical expression of the latter. The author then further elaborates on the harm "Washington Consensus" brings to economic development of the developing countries. The author concludes that if the developing countries are to get rid of their own problems in economic development, meet that challenge of economic globalization and raise their own economic security, they must fight against the neo-liberalism economic theory while participating in the process of economic globalization.
