| 摘 要： | 我国先秦政治思想中,有着优良的"民本主义传统",尤其以孟子的贵民思想最为鲜明。认为从传统廉洁文化的角度出发,先秦的"民本"、"贵民"思想可以转化为对掌权者的外在要求和价值准绳。据此,有必要将民本思想作为廉洁文化的组成部分,在传统文化的基础上,为清廉政治提供坚实的价值落脚点。

| Abstract: | In our country pre - Qin political thinking, has finely ＂human interest - oriented tlaougnt , espeelalty Is brightest by Mencius＇s noble people thought. The author believed that from traditional honest culture＇s angle embarking, pre - Qin ＂human interest - oriented thought＂, ＂the noble people＂ the thought may transform as to hierarch external request and the value criterion. According to the above, we have the necessity to take people thinking honest cultural the constituent, in traditional culture＇s foundation, providing the solid value foothold for the incorruptible politics. |
