法治离我们有多远——我国建设法治国家的历程和反思

法治作为人类现代政治文明的主要成果,已得到人们普遍的认同,作为当今世界潮流,也已是不争的事实。我国近代以来,以法治取代人治成为无数仁人志士终身为之奋斗的目标。百年过去后的今天,可以说建设法治国家已成为全国上下痛定思痛后取得的共识。但考察我们的法治进程可以看到,这种所谓共识只是表面的。我们的现实和历史让我们举步维艰。要真正建设法治国家,从理论到实践,我们都有很漫长的路要走。

Rethinking on the Course of Law System Construction of China

As a major achievement of modern political civilization, law system has been widely recognized as one of the world＇s political civilizations. That is an indisputable fact. Viewing from China＇s modern history, the rule of law to replacing the rule of man has been the goal which numerous people with lofty ideals strive for. Hundred years past, building the law system has become concensus of the whole country after a painful thinking. However, we can see that the concensus is only in the form. The reason is that the realitier and our history limit this process. We know that, from theory to practice, there is.still a long long way to go in order to realize a country under a real law system.
