| 摘 要： | 目前,我国的行政监督体系存在着监督主体地位不高、权利受限、不能相互协调配合和无法可依等弊端。这些问题的存在严重制约了行政监督主体有效地行使外部监督权,也不利于责任政府的建设。鉴于此,应提升行政监督的地位,扩大其权利范围,健全监督法律、法规。

| Abstract: | Currently,there are some disadventages of the Administration Supervision System in our country.The existence of these problems restricts the Administration Supervision System seriously to exert the external supervision effectively.It isn't good to construct our respansible government either.Therefore,we should promote the adminsitration supervision and improved relative laws and rules. |
