江苏省高校体育场馆开放与经营现状的调查分析

为深入了解高校体育场馆开放及经营状况,采用文献资料法、访谈法等研究方法,对江苏省高校体育场馆现状、开放形式与经营管理方式进行研究。结果表明:江苏省高校体育场馆建设发展较快,8年增长近3倍,并出现了部分新兴项目及新型多功能场馆,但是仍不能满足现实需求;以小型化、中低水平场馆为主;有近59%场馆不对外开放,22.2%场馆部分对外开放,12.8%场馆全面对外开放;开放形式有无偿开放、部分有偿开放、租赁开放3种;经营管理方式有体育学院、系(体育部)经营、场馆中心经营、联合经营、租赁经营4种。建议江苏省高校体育场馆在强化管理的基础上,根据自身情况选择时段、选择场地,最大限度地向社会开放,推行有偿服务。

A Study of Opening and Operation of sport Venues at Colleges and Universities in Jiangsu Province

By means of literature and interview,the paper presents a study of the conditions,opening,operation and management of sport venues at colleges and universities in Jiangsu Province.The results reveal: the venues have increased nearly 3 times in 8 years,and there have appeared some multi-function venues,but the number of venues cannot meet the demand;most venues are small-sized and are of low or average level;59 percent of the venues are not open to the public,22.2 percent are partly open to the public and only 12.8 completely open to the public;venues are available either free of charge,with charge or on lease;they are run by physical education colleges(or departments),facility centers or they are run jointly,or on lease.It is suggested that venues be better managed,and be open to the public properly with charge.
