智能帆板控制系统的设计

摘    要:设计一种基于STC89C52RC单片机的智能帆板控制系统。采用编码器作为角度传感器,通过单片机对辨向电路信号的数据进行处理并实时显示。利用脉宽调制控制技术,通过改变信号的占空比调节风机风速控制角度。运用超声波进行实时测距,根据风机与帆板的距离调整脉宽,步距,使得电机能够迅速准确的驱动帆板达到指定角度。通过实验分析,系统能够实现从0度到60度的帆板角度匀速控制,完成了帆板控制系统的数字输入智能控制,并且能够通过人为设置角度后智能控制程序使得帆板达到要求的角度。

Abstract:The design of intelligent control system for position adjustment based on STC89C52RC MCU.Using encoder as the angle sensor,the angle signal can be acquired by the microcontroller,the information will real-time display on the LCD after it has been processed.Utilizing the Pulse Width Modulation control technology,the angle can be controlled by fans speed signal which changing the duty cycle of signal.Real-time Ranging by using ultrasonic,which adjusts the pulse width,step,according to the measured distance between the fans and panel substrate,the motor can be driven quickly and accurately to achieve the specified angle.Based on experimental analysis,the system can realize uniform control of Windsurfing angle between 0 and 60 degree,complete the panels control system intelligent control of digital input,and attain the required angle by intelligent control procedures after seting up the angle.
