硅藻土负载磷钨酸催化合成1-苯基-2-吡咯烷酮

摘    要:以硅藻土为载体,磷钨酸作催化剂,γ-丁内酯和苯胺为原料,采用微波辐射技术合成了1-苯基-2-吡咯烷酮(NPP).系统考察了催化剂负载量、催化剂用量、微波辐射功率、微波辐射时间、原料摩尔比等因素对反应产率的影响.实验结果表明,硅藻土负载磷钨酸催化剂在NPP的合成中显示良好的催化效果,实验筛选的最佳工艺条件为:磷钨酸负载量17.6%、催化剂用量1.5%(质量分数)、微波功率325W、辐射时间14min、γ-丁内酯与苯胺摩尔比1.0∶1.25.在此条件下NPP产率达96%以上,反应速率提高近10倍.

Abstract:Supported on diatomite,tungstophosphoric acid was used to synthesize N-Phenyl-2-pyrrolidinone (NPP) by mi- crowave radiation from gamma butyrolactone and aniline.The effects of various factors on the yield of NPP were examined,including the absorbing quantity of tungstophosphoric acid,quantity of catalyst,radiation power and time as well as molar ratio of reactants.Good results were obtained for NPP synthesis and the optimum conditions are as follows:absorbing quantity of tungstophosphoric acid:17. 6%,quantity of catalyst:1.5% (mass fraction),microwave power:325W,time:14min,molar ratio of gamma butyrolactone to ani- line:1.0:1.25.The yield of NPP reached over 96% with 10-fold rise of reaction speed.
