优秀田径速度性项群运动员多年性训练竞技特征研究综述

通过对国内外优秀田径速度性项群运动员多年训练的文献分析研究，发现有关田径速度性项群运动员多年训练的研究多集中于运动员的运动寿命、竞技年龄和身体形态等方面的研究。尽管以往的研究为我们提供了大量的关于田径速度性项群运动员的身体形态、竞技年龄、运动寿命和运动技能等方面的资料，但多数研究是分散的、零碎的，只是从一个项目进行研究一个或几个竞技特征，或者研究几个项目的一个竞技特征，而对一个项群运动员多年训练的一些竞技成长与状态规律的研究就很少，没有总结为一个项群的内在竞技特征规律。本文旨在通过研究总结前人的相关研究文献，总结出世界优秀田径速度性项群运动员多年性训练竞技特征、规律。
