| 摘 要： | 通过对湖南省青少年网球运动员、教练员和管理体制现状进行实地调查，从管理学角度剖析其存在的问题，面临的机遇与挑战，以及进一步发展的优劣势，并提出今后发展的对策和建议，旨在提升湖南网球的理论水平，为湖南省体育主管部门提供有价值的理论依据，同时进一步丰富我国网球理论研究成果。

| Abstract: | Through Hunan junior tennis athletes, coaches and the present situation of management system in on-the-spot investigation, analyzing the existing problems from the perspective of management, facing the opportunities and challenges, as well as the advantages and disadvantages of further development, put forward countermeasures and Suggestions for future development, so as to promote the theoretical level of tennis in Hunan, provide valuable theory basis for the department in charge of sports in Hunan province, more enrich our country tennis theoretical research. |
