| 摘 要： | 中苏论战对中国和世界都产生了重要的影响,从历史发展的客观效果来看,中苏论战对中国社会主义建设的影响,消极方面大于积极方面,表现在中断了八大开始的民主政治建设的探索,形成了"现代修正主义"理论,把"斯大林体制"推向极端,错过了世界新科技革命的浪潮,拉大了与其他国家的差距.

| Abstract: | The Sino- Russian debate produced significant effects both to China and to the world.Seen from the objective result of historical development, the Sina - Russian debate produced more nega-tive effects than positive ones to China' s socialist construction. Because of the debate, the exploration ofthe democratic political construction which began with the 8th National Congress of the Central Committeeof the Communist Party of China was suspended, the theory of"modern revisionism"was formed, and the"Stalin system"was carried out to the extreme. As a result, China missed the new science and technologyrevolution going on the world over at that time, and the gap between China and other countries was en-larged. |
