中长跑训练方法与理论发展沿革述评

摘    要:运用文献资料等方法,归纳分析世界中长跑的发展史中6种典型的训练方法,并对近20年来中长跑训练理论的创新成果进行总结论述,包括:"速度核心理念","速度节奏化理念"、"以长补短"、"高原训练与平原训练相结合"等。试图通过对中长跑训练方法与训练理论变化而出现的新成果、新特点进行简要分析,揭示出中长跑运动训练方法与训练理论创新成果在促进中长跑运动成绩提高方面的重要作用。

Review of Training Method and Theory in Middle-long Distance Running

Abstract:The integrated use of literature,information and so on,into the medium to long run analysis of world history,fear of fat,six kinds of typical training methods,and over the past 20 years the theory of distance training innovations discussed and summarized,including:"the speed of the core idea","the rhythm of the concept of speed" and "complementarity","high altitude training and training in a combination of plain" and so on.Attempt to distance training methods of the theory changes and training of the new results and new features to conduct a brief analysis,revealed that the medium to long run sports training theory and training methods of innovation performance in the promotion of distance running to improve the important role.
