我国羽毛球后备人才的现状及展望

以参加2006年全国青少年羽毛球比赛的全国22支队伍的运动员为研究对象,对全国羽毛球后备队伍的人才布局,年龄特点及实力现状等问题进行了分析和探讨。结果显示:1)全国后备人才格局正在发生大的变化,传统强队依旧强大,但新兴队伍在某些项目上有异军突起的姿态;2)各级国家队与地方队的水平相距较大,而且这一趋势将会越来越明显;3)我国的青少年羽毛球总体水平较高,但基本技术训练有待加强,男双后备人才缺乏问题尚未得到缓解;4)年轻的羽毛球运动员在道德素养,思想品质和敬业精神等方面还需进一步提升。

Current Situation and Prospect of Badminton Reserved Talents in China

Taking players from 22 teams in 2006 National Junior Badminton Competition as objectives,the paper studied the talent distribution,age characteristics and present power of badminton reserved talents group.The result shows that: 1) the talent distribution is changing while some new teams arise.2) The gap between national team and local team is deep and the phenomenon is becoming more remarkable.3) Basic skill needs to improved and the shortage of men's double has not been filled while general ability is high.4) Junior badminton players' ethic level and professional spirits are also need to rise.
