原油含水率对超声降粘的影响

摘    要:根据实验研究了超声波照射对原油的降粘作用。比较了在不同含水率吓,经超声处理后原油粘度的变化情况。得出了当含水率为50%时,经超声处理后,原油可以形成水包油乳状液,其粘度能大幅度降低,但乳状液不稳定。在原油中掺入表面活性剂后,形成的乳状液稳定性增强,但其粘度有所增大。

Abstract:The oil viscosity reduction is studied by the experiments.The viscosity with different moisture content is investigated after the oil is irradiated by ultrasound.It is indicated that the oil in water emulsion is generated when the moisture content is 50 percents.The emulsion with reduced viscosity is unstable.When the surface active agent is mixed into the oil, the emulsion with slightly increases viscosity is stable.
