| 摘 要： | 思想政治教育隐性课程从本质上说是对学生的一种价值影响,以其独特的方式作用于学生的综合素质培养.基于此并结合高职院校人才培养要求和特点,高职院校应以实践育德、生活育德、岗位育德和自我育德为基本取向,从物资-空间、组织-制度、职业-情境和文化-心理四个层面构建思想政治教育隐性课程,同时建立针对课程内容、教育方法、实施过程、学生评价的监控管理体系,保障隐性思想政治课程有效实施.
