| 摘 要： | 产业结构优化升级是一个经济系统动态演变的过程。从投入产出角度出发，以经济增长最大化和充分就业为主要目标设计产业结构优化升级模型的目标函数，从高度化、合理化两方面设计模型的约束条件，再利用线性规划、目标规划方法，可以构建较为全面、合理且符合可持续发展要求的产业结构优化升级模型。

| Abstract: | The optimization and upgrading of industrial structure is a dynamic process in an economic system. By starting from the angle of input-output, designing the goal functions of industrial optimization and upgrading aiming at maximizing economic growth and employment, designing the restriction conditions from the angle of upgrading and rationalization, and by using method of linear planning and goal planning, a model can be built for industrial optimization and upgrading that is comprehensive and rational and conforms to the requirements of sustainable development. |
