演化经济学在探讨组织跨国经营中与环境的演化关系上有所启示,根据文献回顾,利用在香港上市的多家中资企业进行跨案例研究,提出3企业国际化进程中风险识别的演进过程,这个过程是在国际环境变化、企业国际化地理范围和经营模式的演进过程中出现的,提出了企业国际化中新的政治性风险边缘化风险,说明了这种新风险的规避措施.

Marginalization Risk of Chinese Enterprises in Internationalization and Its Avoidance
