高技术创业企业创新类型、融资方式与市场策略关系研究

风险投资通过促进高新技术企业的发展推动一国经济发展已被广泛证实.但是很少有文献研究什么样的企业适合获得风险投资,风险投资对这些企业产生了什么样的影响.依据高技术创业企业成长过程:产品形成--融资--投放市场这三个阶段,从企业的产品创新特性出发研究风险投资和债务融资两种不同类型投资者对高新技术企业成长,特别是对企业战略行为的影响.

A Study on the Relationships among Types of Innovation, Financing Choice and Market Strategy in Young High-Tech Firm

Many evidences have proved that venture capital impulsed the development of high-tech firm,and boosted national economic development.But few papers pay more attention to which firms are more likely to obtain venture capital and how venture capitals influence these firms.According to the development process of high-tech firm:product-financing-put product to market;this paper studied the relationship among product's innovation types,financing choice and firm's product-market strategy.We hope the study can provide high-tech firms some useful suggestion on their financing choice and product-market strategy.
