摘    要:大规模在线教学在2020年之初仓促之间闯入中国人生活,大约2亿中小学师生在实践在线教学。在线教学的现代性冲击和遭遇的传统问题,迫切需要基于促进学生发展是教学的本质和现代教育信息技术对教学的深刻影响而重新定义教学;构建在数字化、网络化、智能化和多媒体化环境下,具有网络化环境、交互式平台、即时性反馈为基本特征,互动性与参与性结合、选择性与自主性结合、生成性与增值性结合、高激励与高效益结合的文化氛围;真正将有教无类的教育思想、因材施教的教学原则、和而不同的学习方式这些传统的教育教学理想付诸实现的教学文化。

Abstract:Large-scale online teaching has rushed into Chinese life since the beginning of 2020,and about 200 million primary and secondary school teachers and students are in the practice of online teaching.The impact of the modernity of online teaching and the traditional problems it encountered make it urgent to redefine teaching on the basis that promoting students development is the essence of teaching and the profound influence of modern educational information technology on teaching;Under the environment of digitalization,networking,intelligence and multimedia,with the network environment,interactive platform,real-time feedback as the basic features,build a cultural atmosphere that combines interaction with participation,selectivity with independence,generation with value-added,high incentive with high efficiency;form a teaching culture that truly puts the traditional educational ideals of teaching without distinction,the teaching principle of teaching students according to their aptitude,and the harmonious but different way of learning into practice.
