| 摘 要： | 社会主义和谐文化建设是一种体现和谐、追求和谐、努力实现和谐的文化建设.从目标看,社会主义和谐文化建设是培育和谐理念的过程;从途径看,社会主义和谐文化建设是推进文化和谐发展的过程.当前,推进社会主义和谐文化建设,需要从实际出发,认真处理好五个方面的关系:处理好传统文化与现代文化之间的关系,体现社会主义和谐文化建设的时代性;处理好多元文化与社会主义核心价值体系之间的关系,把握社会主义和谐文化建设的方向性;处理好民族文化与世界文化之间的关系,突出社会主义和谐文化建设的民族性;处理好物质生产与精神生产之间的关系,增强社会主义和谐文化建设的基础性;处理好推进与提升之间的关系,提高社会主义和谐文化建设的实效性.
